Intentions to internationalize the higher education institution environment are a traditional part of the strategy of most Slovak universities. Why are these intentions little visible in the normal operating/functioning of universities? Is the opening of universities a condition for quality development? What are the possibilities and ways of international cooperation, and how do we use them?
We discussed these and other issues related to the opening of universities to the international environment during the event Opening the University of the World.
