The higher education institution applies to the assessment of the compliance of the Internal Quality Assurance System according to § 24 of Act No. 269/2018 Coll. in the Agency’s information system (https://is.saavs.sk/).
If the higher education institution does not have access to the Agency‘s information system, it shall apply for access via ziadosti@saavs.sk, informing the Agency of the name, surname, e-mail address and telephone contact of the person authorised to enter the SAAHE IS on behalf of the higher education institution and to submit applications.
Application for the assessment of the compliance of the Internal Quality Assurance System (template)
The application shall be accompanied by:
- Internal Quality Assurance System for higher education
The higher education institution shall enclose a basic regulation or a set of basic regulations of the internal quality assurance system of the higher education institution within the meaning of §15 (b) of Act No 131/2002 Coll. in Slovak and English.
2. Internal Evaluation Report on the implementation of the Internal System
The higher education institution shall enclose an internal evaluation report on the implementation of the internal system within the meaning of § 24(4)(b) of Act No 269/2018 Coll. in Slovak and English.
The Agency’s proceedings shall be initiated based on an application on the date of receiving a complete application, including payment of the fee. The information on the payment of the fee according to the fee schedule is obtained and confirmed by the higher education institution in the Agency’s information system after the application has been sent.
The Agency’s information system generates an application form after the application has been submitted, which is sent to the Agency via the e-repository by the higher education institution after signature by the Statutory Officer.
