Job description, competencies, and responsibilities

– coordination of the review process in higher education institutions,

– ensuring the assigned accreditation procedure,

– ensuring the procedural processing of university applications and other accreditation processes,

– coordination and ensuring the activities of the review panels of the Agency’s Executive Board,

– ensuring communication with members of the review panels and with applicants for accreditation,

– preparing and providing documents to the meetings of the Agency’s Executive Board,

– contributing to the updating of the list of reviewers and to the training of reviewers,

– contributing to the preparation of analytical documents related to the Agency’s field of competence,

– supporting activities in the administrative running of the Agency’s office,

– other tasks as assigned.

Information about the selection procedure

List of required documents:

– professional structured CV,

– motivation letter,

– a copy of a certificate, diploma, or other equivalent evidence of the highest level of education achieved: in the case of a foreign certificate, a decision of the Ministry recognising the foreign diploma as equivalent to a diploma obtained after higher education in the territory of the Slovak Republic

– an affidavit of good repute,

– the data subject’s consent to the processing of personal data for the selection procedure

– an affidavit of total legal capacity.
