Job description, competencies, and responsibilities
– administrative and organizational support for the agency management,
– managing and supervising the deadlines of the members of the management,
– taking minutes of meetings and preparing documents for management members,
– arranging and organising foreign business trips,
– providing secretarial support, handling telephone calls, planning and organising agency appointments,
– performing support tasks of a technical and administrative nature related to the running of the Agency,
– managing and updating information on current events and decisions organised by the agency on social networks and the website,
– assisting in the organisation of the preparation of materials and the conduct of meetings,
– assisting in the planning, preparation, and implementation of the Agency’s conferences, training sessions, and seminars,
– providing refreshments for agency events (orders from suppliers)
– being responsible for the tidiness of the agency’s secretariat and meeting rooms,
– support activities in the performance of the administrative running of the agency’s office,
– administrative support activities for the Accreditation Activities Unit,
– support activities for ENQA, SEQA projects,
– the full availability of the registry management officer in his/her absence
– carrying out other tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
