Job description, competencies, and responsibilities
• partial bookkeeping – posting of expenses and income on bank accounts,
• providing the performance of basic financial control for the relevant accounting documents,
• monitoring and reconciliation of general ledger account balances,
• compilation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and their upload to the State Treasury system,
• preparation of financial statements and their upload to the State Treasury system,
• preparation of economic documents for the annual report,
• cooperation in compiling the Agency’s financial analysis and financial planning, participating in the preparation of the Agency’s budget, including the evaluation of its implementation,
• monitoring changes in the relevant applicable legislation, their application for the needs of the Agency,
• archiving of processed documents following valid legislation,
• cooperation with relevant institutions (State Treasury, relevant ministries, Statistical Office, etc.),
• publishing a list of paid invoices on the Agency’s website,
• publishing the list of orders on the Agency’s website,
• support activities for the performance of the administrative operation of the Agency’s office.
