Executive Board
The Agency’s Executive Board is the body that makes key decisions on accreditation in the form of resolutions and also approves the basic documents. Its composition is directly influenced by the representation of higher education institutions by direct nomination and representatives of employers’ associations. They are appointed by the Minister of Education.
The Chairman of the Executive Board is the statutory representative and is selected by a selection process.

The Head of Office is, following the law, a body of the Agency, she ensures the proper running of the Agency, e. g. provides administrative, technical, spatial, and material conditions for the operation of the Agency.
